   1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   2. Entry is only open to all Australian (except Northern Territory) residents aged 18 years and over. All winners must supply proof of age to claim their prizes. Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. The Promoter may contact an entrant at any time after receiving an entry, including without limitation during or after the Promotion Period, or after the prize draw, for the purpose of determining whether the entrant meets the eligibility requirements.
   3. The competition begins on 1st December 2008 and closes 5.00pm Adelaide time on 30th November 2009 ("Promotion Period"). No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
   4. Eligible entrants are required to:
      (a) log on to www.amberleyestate.com.au and complete the online subscription form, or
      (b) visit the Amberley Estate Cellar Door, cnr Thornton & Wildwood Roads, Yallingup, WA and complete a subscription form.
   5. Each valid subscription received by the Promoter entitles the registrant to one entry in the monthly prize draw for that month of entry.
   6. All entries become the property of the Promoter, which reserves the right to use any registration in future marketing promotions or campaigns.
   7. There will be 12 monthly prize draws during the Promotion Period. The monthly prize draw will be via manual random selection from the subscription entires at the offices of Constellation Wines Australia Limited, Reynell Road, Reynella SA 5156, at 10am on the last business day of each calendar month throughout the Promotion Period.
   8. The first valid entry drawn at each month's prize draw will be the winner and he or she will receive a 6 bottle pack of Amberley Estate Premium Wine valued at $142.50. The prize includes delivery to the address specified by the entrant.
   9. Monthly winners will be notified by email to the email address specified in the entry.
   10. Any costs associated with accessing the Amberley Estate website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly in the entry will be invalid. The use of any automatic entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
   11. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination including, but not limited to any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.
   12. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The monthly prize is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be taken as cash and can not be sold to a third party including via eBay.
   13. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
   14. If a prize remains unclaimed three months after the prize draw the Promoter may dispose of the prize in accordance with the Lottery & Gaming Regulations 1993 (South Australia).
   15. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrant's personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below.
   16. The Promoter encourages the responsible consumption of alcohol. The National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines specify for males up to six standard drinks on any one day, no more than three days a week and for females up to four standard drinks on any one day, no more than three times a week.
